  Hawaii Vacation for Two

Prize includes: Round trip flights for two people, from any major U.S. city to Hawaii (specific Island TBA), 7 nights accommodations, transfers from the airport to the hotel and back,  all airline and hotel taxes.

No purchase necessary. Your contribution to the team does not increase your chances of winning. Last day to enter sweepstakes is June 10, 2008.  Winner will be drawn on July 16th, 2008. Valid dates of travel are September 15, 2007 through November 15, 2007.  Air travel is valid Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday in both directions. Prize must be redeemed and trip completed on or before November 15, 2008.  Winner(s) will be notified by mail.  Only one entry per person allowed. Duplicate entries will disqualify contestant. Your chances of winning will depend on total number of entries. Prize is not transferable. Departure city must be U.S. major gateway city only. No stopover allowed on route to/from destination. Saturday night stay at destination required. Reservation request must be made in writing at least 45 days before requested departure date. Itinerary cannot be modified once requested. Duration of trip is up to 7 nights stay. Requested flights and departure/return dates are subject to availability at advance purchase and/or promotional airfare category. Flights at certain dates may not be available and alternate airports and/substitute dates will be offered. Prize winner(s) will be notified by mail and/or phone. Winner(s) may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability. All additional applicable federal, state, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Winner(s) consent to use of their names without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Employees of Ridgecrest Travel, their immediate families or advertising agencies staff members associated with this promotion can not participate in this promotion. If prize notification or attempted notification is returned undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Offer void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to terminate the sweepstakes before official drawing date. In such case, winner(s) will be drawn from all qualified accrued entries. Ridgecrest Travel, its Webmasters and Site Hosts, are not responsible for any loss of data, partial or complete records, entered via the electronic entry form due to Internet service or server malfunctions and/or virus, illegal/unauthorized manipulation of systems, and/or any other malfunction of communication equipment that may cause loss of records. In such case, sweepstakes will be automatically canceled and no prize(s) will be awarded. No correspondence will be acknowledged. Ridgecrest Travel and any other cosponsors of this promotion, advertising agencies, or employees are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, caused by any utilization of the prize(s). Fundraising prize is offered to Ridgecrest Travel and affiliate companies' teams. Actual fundraising activity is the sole responsibility of team members. Ridgecrest Travel is not responsible for any aspect of the fundraising operations of the teams. Ridgecrest Travel is not responsible for any entry forms lost in mail or any other delivery company.
