Christmas Break and Convention

The convention will consist of booths from bat and ball manufacturers, glove companies, specialty, softball training devices, coaching and training videos, softball software companies, uniforms, pins and tee shirt companies. They are already signing up some of the largest tournaments in girl's Fastpitch softball. You will be able to talk to the people who run these tournaments and sign up on the spot.

There will be pitching clinics and coaching seminars. You will be able to talk with experts on team travel and find out how to make those hard earned dollars go as far as possible. You will find new ideas for fundraising as well.

Monte Carlo Reservation Info: *THIS IS A MUST STAY Tournament - All participants must stay a the host and convention hotel - The Monte Carlo. Individuals may make their own reservations by calling the Monte Carlo Room Reservations Department at 1-800-311-8999. Attendees are to identify themselves with the group code XG2FPC in order to receive the applicable room rate. It is very important that each individual gives the agent the group code. At the time the reservation is made, the guest will be asked to give a credit card or send a deposit to cover their first night's room and tax. The credit card will be immediately billed for the first night's room and tax. This discount rate will be applicable to all reservations made prior to December 1st, 2002. The above rates on all hotel properties do not include tax of 9%.

Alamo offers a free program that facilitates a much quicker vehicle check in/pick up. We encourage you to sign up in advance of your trip. Without this special check in, you could easily wait for up to 1 hour to pick up your vehicle.

To sign up please do the following:

Call 1-800-882-5266 (Quick Silver Program) Try to call between 9am and 5pm for fastest service.

The agent will send you an application form. You must fill it out and send it back to Alamo. Once you get your membership number back from Alamo, please call Alamo or Ridgecrest Travel to have this number attached to your existing Alamo reservation(s). This will ensure that you obtain the quick check in for your reservation(s).
